Eric Rudland

Eric specializes in representing both sides of property, land and business transactions, has expertise in landlord and tenant representation and has worked with high-net-worth investors to value commercial real estate assets in their portfolio. His passion for people delivers valuable returns for both investors and business owners. In Eric’s first year at Colliers, he guided Exro Technologies Inc (EXROF) in their search for their US subsidiary location in Washtenaw County. He also provided site selection and lease negotiation expertise for Bitty & Beau’s first franchise location in downtown Ann Arbor. Eric joined Colliers in 2021 after a 20+ year career in professional soccer. He is an active member in the community as an owner of AFC Ann Arbor, a member of 242 Community Church and volunteers time and energy with Community Kicks and the Mighty Oak Youth Project.
