As Vice President at Colliers International, Eric has extensive knowledge of a variety of types of transactions including leasing, acquisitions and dispositions. With over a decade in the industry, Eric has acquired an extensive knowledge base of trends occurring in real estate, and he uses this knowledge to advise his clients and strengthen their business goals. Throughout his career, Eric has been honored twice as a recipient of the Minnesota Commercial Real Estate Association’s Transaction of the Year Award for projects in 2011 and 2013. Eric's clients remain his number one priority throughout every transaction. Eric is dedicated to building a lasting relationship with each and every one of his clients, and he works incredibly closely with them to reach their long-term real estate goals. Eric takes a consultative approach to commercial real estate and know that real estate assets are often one of the biggest costs for a business.
