Eric Ross

Eric Ross is an Executive Vice President for CBRE’s Landlord Representation Group in Atlanta. Mr. Ross has more than 18 years of commercial real estate experience and specializes in the leasing of institutionally-owned office real estate. Currently, Mr. Ross markets and leases a portfolio of more than 3.5 million square feet. Since 2009, Mr. Ross has completed over 140 leasing transactions in excess of 2.8 million square feet representing a total lease consideration of $600 million. Significant transactions include Autotrader.com, CareerBuilder.com, Hewitt Associates, Zurich Insurance, State Bank and Trust, Verizon Wireless, Koch Industries, Preferred Apartments and Cox Enterprises. Mr. Ross’ experience as a tenant representative offers a unique perspective for understanding both the competition and tenants’ needs, as well as a distinct outlook on deal evaluation.
