Eric Rice specializes in tenant and owner/user representation in the leasing and sales of industrial property across the Delta, Surrey and Richmond markets. Born and raised in Vancouver, BC, Eric offers his clients a breadth of knowledge and expertise within the local market while his understanding of the Lower Mainland paired with his education and work experience, continues to create lasting client relationships with both tenants and landlords. He concurrently completed a six month co-op term with Dominion Lending Centers, facilitating loans between private banks and brokerages. While Eric excelled in this line of work, his drive, tenacity and strong interpersonal skills turned his ambition towards the agent side of the industry which led him to receive Junior Broker of the Year for 2014. Entrepreneurial by nature, he is constantly looking for ways to help his clients maximize their profits and make decisions that facilitate growth.
