Eric Nariyoshi

Eric Nariyoshi, age 39, was born and raised in Honolulu. His dad, Steven Nariyoshi, plays a vital role in Eric’s passion for the Commercial Real Estate Industry. With Steve’s 40-year experience, Eric has been able to grow up with a well-established background in the real estate industry. Eric is now going on his 10th year at SN Realty as Broker in Charge. As top leasing agent for SN Realty, Eric’s goal is to drive sales, management, and leasing in commercial and industrial real estate. His responsibilities include understanding market knowledge, creating and maintaining client relations, and providing the best service that go above and beyond the expectations of your typical Real Estate Broker. Today, Eric and his team continues to assist the Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Foundation as the leasing and property consultant for the Foundation and many other multi tenanted properties on Oahu, Maui, Kauai, and The Big Island. Eric holds his Bachelor’s degree in Business from The University of Hawaii at Manoa Shidler College of Business. In 2016, Eric also received CoStar’s Powerbroker award for leasing transactions. In his spare time, Eric enjoys staying active with surfing and running.
