Eric Molfetta is a Senior Vice President of Investments for Colliers International, the leading commercial real estate firm in Nevada. Mr. Molfetta began his industrial real estate career with Colliers in 2007, and partnered with one of the most decorated Vice Presidents in the industry. In 2010, Eric joined Harsch Investment Properties, one of the largest landlords in Southern Nevada, as an Assistant Vice President of Operations and Director of Leasing/ Brokerage. He was responsible for over 3 million square feet of Industrial and Retail space throughout the Valley. He re-joined Colliers International in 2012 as a Vice President of the Industrial Division. Mr. Molfetta is experienced in many phases of commercial real estate including investment sales, landlord/owner budgeting, forecasting, quarterly analysis/ reports, site selection, design, and leasing. Some of the property owners Mr. Molfetta has represented include: Woodbury Corporation, Harsch Investment Properties, Panattoni Development, Oro Capital Advisors, Price Realty Group, Julius Realty, Campbell Investments, Nevada Real Estate Group, Komer Investment Group, and Rousso Investments.
