Eric has over 40 years of real estate experience in analyzing, underwriting, financing and acquiring all commercial and residential real estate property types. Over his career, he has underwritten and/or financed over $5.0 billion in commercial real estate transactions. For the last 20+ years, Eric has been an advisor to investors and investment companies for the origination of commercial real estate financing, developments and investments that offer a "value added" opportunity. As an advisor, his services include assisting clients in due diligence, auditing, financial analysis, acquisition and implementation of development strategies to create risk-mitigated investment structures. Other responsibilities include fee based assignments for the development of investment strategies. Transaction sizes are between $1-$200 million.
