Eric Mandell's career of 15 years in real estate has resulted in the manifestation of his dream - ALLY Commercial Real Estate. Eric brings ambition, patience, understanding and a wealth of experience to this endeavor; having successfully handled over $400M worth of transactions across various asset classes! Today he is joined by Co-Founder/Vice President Luc Hawkshaw as they lead the charge for the Retail Division as well as the Urban Core Investment Group (“UCIG”). UCIG is focused on finding CORE investment opportunities and prides itself on working with Investors of Institutional quality, family funds, hedge funds, capital funds, and some of the biggest REITs in the country —helping clients realize maximum potential from their investments. UCIG also has an incredible track record for helping its clients navigate the 1031 exchange process and is an expert in identifying high-yield Single Tenant, Net Leased investment properties all across the Nation. Eric is driven by a passion for the industry, which he believes should be accessible to everyone. He has developed strong relationships with people throughout the commercial real estate world and enjoys helping them succeed.
