Eric Howell

A Florida resident and real estate professional since 1986, Eric Howell is a managing partner of Baldwin-Howell Properties and is also a licensed real estate broker and the owner of Lancaster Realty, Inc. Howell began his career in Tampa in retail property leasing. He later moved to Bradenton and continued to focus on the retail sector, also moving into the development and management of that property type. While his focus has spread into the self-storage sector over the years, retail property remains one of his areas of expertise and he continues to be active in that sector. His company, Lancaster Realty, continues to handle the management and leasing for the majority of the retail properties held in the Baldwin-Howell portfolio today.
