Eric is a Senior Investment Sales Advisor with over Sixteen years of commercial real estate experience and holds one of a few CCIM designations in Western Canada for the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute of North America (CIREI). During Eric’s career his unwavering commitment towards the commercial real estate market and brokerage community has enabled him understand the needs of over 4,000 clients and industry members throughout Canada, enabling him to understand today’s marketplace, participants, and trends. Throughout Eric’s carrier his tenacious and unwavering effort to excel within the commercial real estate sales field his awarded him with considerable success including investment grade real estate sales in office, multi-family, retail and industrial assets. Eric and his Team have been successful in brokering approximately $750 Million worth of real property over the past five years. Maintaining close relations with both active purchaser’s and prospective vendors within the community has enabled Eric to provide unique insight into acquisition and disposition strategy. Continued involvement with all purchasers and property owner and management expertise has afforded “the team” to best understand the day-to-day operations of property management strategy and value-add components offered to their clients.
