Eric Garske is a retail investment specialist with a focus on representing his clients in the acquisition and disposition of investment properties in the Pacific Northwest. Eric is an experienced commercial real estate professional and active member of the National Retail Group having expertise in regional single and multi-tenant retail investment sales. He serves as a trusted advisor to his clients offering in-depth market knowledge pertaining to retail trends and market evaluations in the Pacific Northwest. Prior to Joining Marcus & Millichap, Eric studied abroad in Norway and was able to explore International Business and discover how real estate markets interact with each other on an international level. His experience collaborating with industry professionals and studying international markets has allowed for a diverse take on market evaluations and client relationships. Eric attended Oregon State University and achieved a degree in Business and an International Business Option when studying abroad in Norway. On his free time, Eric enjoys golf, surfing, and being able to take in all that the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
