Eric, partner and managing broker for Fleske Commercial Group, is a 20+ year commercial real estate industry veteran and has represented thousands of clients in all facets of the commercial real estate industry. He holds a double SIOR designation in both Office and Industrial product. Eric has built a solid foundation of clients, both large and small. He has had the pleasure of representing the University of Oklahoma, Old Republic Title, Norman Public Schools, Mid-Del Schools, Lenox Corporation, Subway, Dunkin Donuts, Simple Modern, PT Central, Trans-Tel, La Baguette, Fowler Holding Co, INOK Investments, Hal W. Smith, Ted Moore Companies, Dairy Queen and countless other businesses, professionals, investors and corporations. His specific strengths are his in-depth knowledge of business and finance and the roles they play in an ever changing real estate investment and development environment.
