Eric found his passion for real estate in his junior year of college. Whether it’s residential, commercial, property management or brokerage and acquisition, Eric has done it all and has enjoyed the journey. He has identified, sourced, negotiated and structured well over $150M in investment and developments. Eric lives in Rockford with his wife Andrea, and two girls, Teagan and Sophie, and beloved golden retriever, Peyton. Peyton is also the MOXIE office dog that will most likely greet you with a wagging tail and acts of desperation for a good belly rub.
