Eric Collich

Mr. Collich has spent his entire career in the Commercial Real Estate Industry with a focus on representing landlords in the leasing, management and merchandising of commercial shopping centers. Eric started with KLNB Retail, a top tier brokerage company based in the DC Metro region. Then transitioned over to work for Combined Properties, where he worked closely with the SVP on anchor leasing and oversaw leasing for properties in the Mid-Atlantic Portfolio. He then went to work with EDENS, a landlord with a national presence specializing in the leasing of both grocery-anchored shopping centers and mixed-use projects. While there, Eric worked on a large grocery-anchored portfolio and mixed-use projects such as Mosaic District and 530 First St. He is now the Director of Leasing for First Washington, overseeing the Mid-Atlantic Portfolio and working to maximize the value of our assets by creating synergistic centers that energize communities and drive sales.
