Eric specializes in retail and office development, leasing and sales. He and his team work to identify market niches and assists with site selection, conceptual design, entitlements, contract selection, tenant lease up and sale of the asset. During his career, Mr. Cederstrand has been involved in over $1 billion in real estate transactions. He is widely recognized in the South Sound as an “expert” in ground-up new construction and in retail and office developments. Mr. Cederstrand is the owner of Commencement Bay Development, which was created to assist clients by providing construction and project development assistance to their real estate holdings. Prior to joining Neil Walter Company in 2010, Mr. Cederstrand was a senior vice president with Colliers International in Tacoma, Washington where he worked for over twelve years. Before that, he spent ten years at CB Richard Ellis, focusing on Institutional Investment Sales with an emphasis on multi-family projects.
