Eric Belanich

Eric started with Bell Realty in 2004 and oversees the management, brokerage, new acquisitions and new development projects. His prior experience working in Public Accounting and his masters in Real Estate Finance provides for a solid foundation in Real Estate. After graduating Chaminade High School, he double majored at Fordham University receiving a BS in Public Accounting and Information Systems. He then went on to earn his Master’s Degree at New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate.
