Ephraim Setton joined R New York in 2016 as Executive Director of their Commercial Division. His primary responsibilities include developing and implementing new products, business activities, and talent acquisition. Working with institutional, corporate and private clients, Ephraim has successfully completed transactions for millions of sf of space on their behalf. His expertise includes landlord and tenant representation and investment sales that spans all asset classes: multifamily, retail, and office. Ephraim graduated from Brooklyn College and Bank Street College with an MS in Leadership. He volunteers in a local Big Brother Big Sister program and is an active committee member at the Magen David Community Center of Manhattan. Prior to joining R New York , Mr. Setton worked at JTRE Holdings as Leasing and Acquisitions Director. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and Young Real Estate Professionals of New York.
