Her in-depth knowledge of the region’s industrial property market enables Emma to provide invaluable advice to her clients and, combined with her can-do attitude and strong work ethic, she consistently delivers creative market-facing solutions. She also acts as a mentor to the next generation of Alder King sector specialists, sharing her knowledge and offering guidance and support. Outside of Alder King, Emma was a recent chair of the Bristol Industrial Agents Society, helping promote the interests of the industrial sector in the region. She continues to support the work of the Society as a committee member.
