Broker Emma Himsl started her real estate career in 2018 after graduating from the University of Nevada, Reno. She began leasing and tenant coordination for a $70 million dollar ground up retail development in Livermore, CA. Emma then joined Lockehouse Retail Group, a retail focused brokerage out of Walnut Creek, CA. There she gained management experience as an Assistant Property Manager and later joined the brokerage team. Himsl Real Estate was founded in 2022 after a lifetime of dreaming of owning her own business. Emma is the fourth generation in her family to work in commercial real estate in the Bay Area. She is proud to follow in her families footsteps who also own a successful real estate development company in the East Bay. Emma is thrilled to continue to make connections, further develop old ones, and form long lasting partnerships.
