Emily Zinaich

Emily Zinaich’s over two decades of commercial real estate experience has included several of the highest-profile buildings and clients in the Central Florida market and resulted in the closing of leasing and sales transactions valued at more than $375 million. Driven by a desire to build strong business relationships with prospects and clients and maintain a positive attitude while communicating through all aspects of each real estate transaction, Ms. Zinaich has worked with such clients as TA Realty, Brookwood Financial Partners, Vista Hospitality, Kimco Realty Corporation, Parkway Properties and Faison &Associates. Prior to joining Avison Young, Ms. Zinaich was one of the founding members of the Morrison Commercial Real Estate team where one of her greatest accomplishments was winning the assignment to lease the office above retail for the SODO development which came to market in October 2008. Despite the economic downturn, she took the office space to 80% leased within 24 months. By August 2011, she leased the office space to 100%, and in turn, took an additional 25,000 sf of retail space and leased it as office.008.
