Emily Waterman

Emily Waterman started her real estate career in 2010 in Columbus, Ohio. She brings with her years of management and corporate training experience in the retail and restaurant industries to identify and assist in her client’s specific needs. She adds her awareness of branding, store operations and systems development to the real estate site selection process to build upon and enhance the real estate strategy of each client. Ms. Waterman has worked with both Tenant and Landlords for nearly a decade before joining Skilken Gold Development as their Leasing Manager. During her career, Ms. Waterman has completed over 200 transactions, leasing over 600,000 square feet. Ms. Waterman has been awarded CoStar Power Broker from 2013-2018, as top retail leasing broker in Columbus, based on overall leasing transaction volume. Since joining Skilken Gold Development in 2019, Ms. Waterman's territory spans Ohio and Chicago, Il, representing over 1 Million square feet GLA.
