Emily Lafferty

Emily joined Stream Realty Partners in 2023 as an Analyst in Streams Atlanta office assisting the industrial team. She assists with leasing transactions, underwriting assets, analytical, administrative, and service-related undertakings, assignments, and administrative support. Prior to joining Stream, Emily attended the University of Texas at Austin (UT), where she received a B.S. in Business Administration. During her time at UT, she worked with CBRE Austin’s Investment Sales Team as well as their Debt and Structured Finance Team. She also worked with DPR Construction, assisting their Development Services team with site research and entitlements.
