Ms. Gadomski is responsible for the generation, underwriting, and execution of investment sale assignments.
Emily Gadomski is a Vice President with Mid-America Real Estate’s Shopping Center Investment Sales Group focusing specifically on the sale of retail properties. Ms. Gadomski has been directly involved in the completion of $950 million of investment sales transactions with a focus on unanchored neighborhood shopping centers throughout the Midwest and Colorado. With more than a decade of experience, Ms. Gadomski is responsible for the generation, underwriting, and execution of investment sale assignments. Prior to her employment at Mid-America, Ms. Gadomski worked at a residential real estate and housing company in Fort Collins, Colorado. She also worked for a private political consulting group in Austin, Texas working with political action committees on behalf of various candidates. Emily graduated Cum Laude from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado where she received a Bachelor of Liberal Arts in Public Relations, Business Administration, and Spanish. Emily is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the States of Illinois and Colorado and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
