Working on the transactional side of the business within Capital Markets she deals with Investment acquisitions and disposals. Acting both on portfolios of sites and on individual assets, of varying lot sizes, countrywide. Her client base includes private equity firms and individual clients. She also specialises in the freehold sales, new lettings and assignments of public houses for both large corporate pub companies and private individuals. She also has background in dealing with nightclubs and hotels. Geographical she primarily deals with properties within Central, North and East London, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire.
