Elysa Berlin is an experienced New York City real estate professional with an impressive background leading her own full-service property management enterprise and working for some of the world's top commercial real estate companies. Today, she is Revived Commercial's senior managing director of commercial sales, spearheading the firm's commercial efforts while adhering to Revived's mission of combining exceptional local expertise with modern real estate innovation. After earning a bachelor's degree in business administration from James Madison University, Elysa joined Massey Knakal Realty Services, working directly with industry legend Bob Knakal. She began her role there conducting property valuations, analyzing industry trends, and creating impactful property marketing plans. Over her nine years with Massey Knakal, she ascended to director of sales. Shifting her focus to client services, Elysa oversaw the entire sales transaction process, including originating new business and hiring and mentoring team members. Throughout her time at MKRS, she was involved in the sale of over 500 building transactions totaling over $1.5 billion. Elysa's commercial real estate experience also includes stints at Cushman & Wakefield and Longbrook Real Estate. In 2014, Elysa's entrepreneurial spirit inspired her to expand from the sales brokerage industry into the property ownership side by launching her own full-service property management firm, EMB Management. Specializing in property maintenance, leasing, investment acquisitions, dispositions and construction management, she attributes EMB's success to providing clients with a comprehensive approach that incorporates all aspects of proper finance and project management to maximize their investments.
