Ely Golvin

Ely represents owners of real estate on leasing and sales transactions with a focus on Surrey and Langley. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Ely started his career in 2014 at a mid-size national brokerage firm with a focus on office leasing in downtown Vancouver. With a strong analytical and creative mindset, as well as a passion for solving complex problems, Ely ensures that his clients receive the best market information for strategic decision making. Ely also prides himself in his ability to truly listen to his clients' needs and customize real estate strategies to help them reach their long term objectives. Currently, Ely is pursuing the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation to further his professional development and better support his growing clients on sales transactions and development projects. Prior to starting his career as a real estate advisor, Ely achieved a B.A. (Hons) in History at University of British Columbia and completed a year-long exchange in Beijing where he studied Mandarin.
