Over the years he has operated a successful residential investment firm and has owned or managed over 1000 rental units throughout his career. Elmer is a licensed broker in the States of CT & NY and focuses his efforts as an Investment Sales Broker. He has been involved in real estate transactions spanning the East coast from CT-to-FL and Puerto Rico. In his downtime, he enjoys spending family time, fishing, and a good cigar. He supports local community non-profits that address issues surrounding social economic justice.
