Elliot LaBreche leads the healthcare real estate practice group at Easton. He specializes in advising family office, private equity and REIT’s acquire and dispose of medical office assets nationally. Elliot’s proactive strategy to identify off-market medical office buildings adds value to investors looking to grow their portfolio in strategic markets. By leveraging Elliot’s relationships in the niche healthcare space, he is effective in representing owners market buildings for disposition as well. Abigail Kind works alongside Elliot as a healthcare real estate analyst and is instrumental in building out one of the most robust client relationship management systems in healthcare real estate. Elliot also co-leads the Tenant Representation practice for the Easton Group. Elliot’s expertise includes site selection, financial underwriting, quantitative analysis, lease drafting/negotiating, project management oversight, economic incentive negotiation, workplace strategy and development. Elliot is also active managing a portfolio of retail and multifamily assets in Southern California. Mr. LaBreche holds a B.S. in Real Estate Development and Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California.
