Elliot Greenberg is a senior vice president in the Savills Toronto office, specializing in working with corporate office tenants as a member of the longest running partnership in the regional market. He creates optimal business solutions for clients by taking a holistic and strategic approach to solving their issues. In his more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience and over 1500 transactions, he has worked tirelessly as an advocate for tenants in the acquisition and disposition of office premises and lease negotiations with landlords. Prior to joining JLL, Elliot and his partner of over 25 years, Howard Bogler, led CBRE Limited's premier office leasing team in the Greater Toronto Area and surroundings. Together the team has completed over 1,500 lease transactions representing over $20 billion and 15 million square feet. Elliot is licensed under the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) and a member of the Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB). Elliot was nationally a top 10 broker at CBRE for two years, as well as a top performer in his office for 15 years.
