Elliot Ferris serves as Director of Leasing for The STRO Companies. In this role, Elliot heads leasing for STRO and Millstein Family Office’s industrial portfolio. During his tenure at STRO, he has facilitated nearly 700,000 square feet of leasing transactions—providing him with a unique insight in navigating and understanding all parties needs in a transaction. Elliot brings to his role a knowledge of complex real estate transactions as well as strong sales and communication skills. He joined The STRO Companies in the spring of 2021 after spending four years at CBRE as a Commercial Broker and Advisor. Elliot graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Fairfield University, which included study at the London School of Economics. He currently resides on the Upper West Side in New York City.
