Ellie Bechtle

Ellie’s emphasis is on condo sales whether representing the Seller or Buyer. In addition, she represents both Tenants and Landlords in leasing office, warehouse and retail space in Northern Virginia. She is a seasoned real estate advisor with over 17 years of experience in commercial real estate focusing on Fairfax and Loudoun Counties. Ellie is known as a property expert in the Town of Vienna working with the majority of the Landlords in town. Prior to her time at Verity, Ellie Bechtle was part of the 108-year-old Randall Hagner Company (then called Woodmark Commercial) serving commercial property owners. Ellie works closely with other Owner Occupant and Office Condominium Experts at Verity Commercial who together have consistently led the Northern Virginia market in condo sales for the last 15 years. Ellie brings to the team a B.S. from Penn State University and twelve previous years of experience in Sales, Marketing and Public Relations.
