Ellen Long is the Owner and Operator of Taylor Long Properties, Inc. where she serves as President and Principal Broker. Ellen has extensive experience in representing national retailers and landlords and is active in all markets throughout Virginia. Ellen is consistently a top producer in commercial real estate within Taylor Long Properties and throughout the Virginia markets, named by Costar as Power Broker consistently since 2006. Ellen brings over 25 years of commercial real estate experience specializing in the retail sector, completing over $450 Million in transaction volume since 2003. Prior to founding Taylor Long Properties in 2003, Ellen began her career in Commercial Real Estate in 1989 with Paragon Group/Insignia/ESG, Inc. as Director of Leasing and Management. She was responsible for the marketing, leasing and management for a retail portfolio of 2 million square feet throughout Virginia and the Carolinas.
