Ellen Faye

Ellen Faye has been engaged in commercial real estate for the past 28 years where she has held various marketing, management and development positions. She has transacted millions of dollars in sold and leased commercial properties in Greater Boston area and eastern Massachusetts. Ellen works with a multitude of capital investors, developers and corporations in the acquisition and disposition of real estate assets. She assists building owners in leasing office, retail and industrial space. Ellen recently brokered a $25 million dollar land-lease for CVS pharmacy in Norwell, MA. For 14 years Ellen worked for a full service property management firm in Newton, MA where she held various positions including Director of Institutional Services, Director of Condominium Management and Developer’s Representative for new construction and conversion of existing properties. More recently for 12 years she was a commercial broker with a regional real estate firm. Ellen is a licensed Broker in Massachusetts and maintains a Certified Property Management designation through IREM. She is a member of various associations and organizations including GBREB, NAR Commercial Investment Council Alliance, MAR, Institute of Real Estate Management, International Council of Shopping Centers, South Shore Chamber of Commerce and is involved with many business community groups. Ellen is also a Notary Public for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Ellen is a graduate of Northeastern University and mother of two daughters, both successful in their own right.
