Prior to joining Pinnacle, Liz was a Senior Broker with SullivanHayes Brokerage, where she specialized in representing national and regional tenants, assisting in crafting and executing their expansion strategy throughout Colorado. She has extensive experience in land sales, new development and redevelopment projects, assisting developers, Tenants/ users, and investors with retail, healthcare, hospitality, assisted living, healthcare, self-storage, industrial and mixed-use properties. Liz believes delivering customer value is the key to maintaining long term client relationships and is grateful to have worked with many of these clients for over 30 years. Giving back to the community through various charitable organizations and mentoring young real estate professionals is important to her.
