My husband and I own and operate Law and Evans Associates, Inc. (LEA). We are continuing my family’s long tradition in real estate in Broomfield and Boulder County. My grandmother began buying investment property in Boulder before World War II. My parents bought land along the Boulder Turnpike (US36) in the 1950s and then built warehouses on the property. My husband and I own investment properties in addition to our a full-service real estate company. We specialize in personalized service, working harder and smarter to get the best results possible for our clients. Current and past clients have included local businesspeople and residents, a dynamic young church, and local and national developers. My family and I think that Broomfield is a great place to live--it's a great place to raise kids, the location is perfect, but most of all, the people are wonderful! I think it's a tribute to the careful management that we've had for decades in city government that few of us think much about how the city "works."
