Elizabeth Holmes is a Senior Associate for Cushman & Wakefield’s Melville New York office, where she focuses on agency leasing, as well as industrial and investment sales. Her expertise lies within the industrial side of the commercial real estate industry, representing buyers and sellers of industrial buildings throughout Nassau and Suffolk counties. Among her most recent and complex transactions was the sale of a multi-tenanted 38,500 SF industrial property. Elizabeth also represented Big Brothers Big Sisters Long Island (BBBSLI) and the Bridge and Tunnel Officers Benevolent Association in the acquisition of their Nassau County headquarters. A graduate of New York Law School, Elizabeth’s legal background has proven to be a valuable asset in her commercial real estate career. Elizabeth has more than two decades of experience in both the public and private sectors, including serving as Communications Director to then-Minority Leader of the New York City Council and Public Affairs Officer at New York City Department of Design and Construction. She has also served as a government relations advisor and Vice President of Community Relations for a real estate firm, which owned and managed 140,000 residential units in Harlem, Washington Heights, and Queens. Elizabeth possesses a vast array of business management and public service experience, combined with a legal background, allowing her to advance complex transactions with tenacity, creativity, and skill. Elizabeth is results driven and serves as an invaluable and reliable resource, well-equipped to achieve her clients’ real estate objectives.
