Elise Weatherall

Elise's focus is in the representation of retail projects and properties as well as exclusive representation of retailers. Elise began her real estate career with Henry S. Miller Company (Grubb & Ellis) and since that time, has handled over 1,200 real estate transactions and is a top producer at Wulfe & Co. Working with many owners and developers of retail properties, Elise has assisted in the marketing, leasing and consulting on multiple projects. She has worked on mixed-use developments, enclosed malls, downtown retail, as well as power and lifestyle centers owned by Hines Interests, Houston Center Limited Partnership, CDC-Houston, Inc., Highland Village Holding, Inc., J.P. Morgan, Harvard University Endowment, Crescent Real Estate, Houston Baptist University and O’Connor Capital Partners, in addition to her work with owners and developers, Elise has successfully negotiated transactions with several national and regional retailers and restaurants. Elise was directly involved with the major redevelopment and remerchandising of Meyerland Plaza, a 900,000 square foot center which won a Legacy Award for “Deals That Make A Difference” in Houston. Additionally, Elise was instrumental in the development and leasing of BLVD PLACE, a 700,000 square foot mixed use development anchored by Whole Foods Market and Frost Bank located in the heart of Houston’s Uptown District.
