Prior to opening Real Estate Alliance Group, Elias was Senior Director with Colliers International South Florida. Elias also had the experience of owning and operating Commercial Property Realty Group prior to Colliers International, where he operated a full service real estate company for 11 years. His experience has spanned for over 33 years and his focus on Investment Sales and Leasing. Elias has been a Broker since 1986 and currently holds a Brokers License in both Florida and Texas. Elias also has a national presence with the Top Organization in commercial real estate, the Society of Office and Industrial Realtors (SIOR) which gives him an even more powerful referral network to better serve his clients. SIOR's memberships includes the top five percent (5%) of all the commercial real estate professionals in the nation. He is also an active member of the South Florida Office Brokers Association (SFOBA), National Association of Realtors® (NAR), Houston Association of Realtors® (HAR) and the Industrial Brokers of South Florida.
