Eli's primary focus within the Investment Sales team is in the multifamily and student housing space, covering markets east of the Mississippi River. Eli's responsibilities within the Investment Sales team include, but are not limited to, conducting research to identify distressed assets, providing thorough financial analysis for owners of student housing, and disposition of properties through effective marketing strategies. Eli uses effective communication skills, paired with his specialized market knowledge, to earn clients trust and to find creative solutions for them.
