Eli Someck

Eli began his New York real estate career in 2006 after long-time friend, Jonathan Bakhash, convinced him to move from Maryland and join him at his fledging company, Living Real Estate Group. Since then, Living has grown tremendously and Eli has helped over 200 companies find new offices in Manhattan. Eli believes the first step to helping someone is to put yourself in their shoes and being an owner of a small business helps him do that. Eli takes pride in introducing tenants to spaces that will enhance their businesses and landlords that take care of their buildings. His customers appreciate his extensive knowledge and blue-collar work ethic and can always rely on him to be honest, straightforward, and reachable at almost any time. Eli owns real estate and is trusted with representing the landlords of several buildings in Manhattan. He enjoys hiking, playing guitar, trying new restaurants, independent movies, concerts, World War II history, reading, writing, going to Prospect Park with his dog, craft beer, and traveling.
