Eli has 23 years of commercial real estate experience. He brings a customized approach to each client’s needs based on their business and priorities. Clients include tech companies, professional service firms, universities, non-profits, government agencies, R&D and warehouse users, and landlords. He has completed more than 4 million square feet of leasing and property sales. His clients appreciate his in-depth understanding of local markets, steady-handed approach to negotiations and extensive broker and landlord relationships. He has a B.A. with honors from Harvard University and an MBA from UC Berkeley – Haas School of Business. Prior to founding Bridgeview he worked at Cushman & Wakefield and its predecessor companies Cassidy Turley and BT Commercial. He lives in San Francisco with his wife and two daughters.
