Locally, her clients have included businesses such as Limeberry, Nature’s Pet Market, Class Act Events, Happy Curry Foods, Tiga Sushi, and Ash Studio Hair Salon. Nationally, she works with large tenants on multiple locations, such as The McDonalds Corporation, Goodwill, Cartridge World, State Farm, Cutco, and Farmers Insurance. Prior involvement in commercial real estate developments, including multi-family housing and retail properties has benefited her aptitude to evolve the commercial real estate industry in Salem, Oregon. Additional experience includes working with foreclosure and investment properties, with clients such as Wells Fargo REO Division, US BANK, Excelsior Management Corp and Key Bank in the Salem market.
