Elena Branca

Elena Branca joined Newmark in 2021 and currently serves as an Associate Director in the firm’s Minneapolis office. Ms. Branca focuses on tenant and landlord representation services to clients throughout the Twin Cities area. In addition, she specializes in owner/user building sales. As a real estate professional, she has excelled at partnering with clients to meet their financial and operational objectives. Ms. Branca’s recent building sales include 2912 Anthony Lane, St. Anthony and 3360 Annapolis Ln, Plymouth. Ms. Branca joined the Newmark team after several internships in the Commercial Real Estate industry. Prior to graduating, she served as an Alumni Relations Representative at the College of St. Benedict. At Newmark, she is an integral part of the brokerage team by bringing a collaborative approach and client relationship-building skills.
