Since founding PD Properties, Elad Dror has worked on the acquisition, financing, asset management, and sales of over $1 billion of real estate throughout the United States and Europe. He’s also been involved in the leasing of over 500,000 SF of commercial real estate throughout New York, and Seoul. Elad manages the day to day operations for the firm, and oversees new business development. Elad also oversees the property management division which started in 2014, and manages residential and commercial properties in Manhattan. Prior to starting PD, Elad worked at The Moinian Group for 11 years where he served as Director of Residential Assets. In this position, he oversaw asset management, leasing, strategy, and the sales portfolio of over $800 million in closed sales, and managed approximately 2,500 luxury rental apartments. He is a licensed Real Estate broker in New York and New Jersey.
