Eileen Newhouse

Eileen is the broker and founder of Level Sales and Marketing, a boutique commercial real estate brokerage firm based in South Florida. Since inception, Level Sales and Marketing has closed hundreds of transactions including notable leases for Crunch Fitness, ALDI Food Market, DD’s Discount, Party City, McDonalds, Winn Dixie, Massage Envy, and Orange Theory. Prior to founding Level Sales and Marketing, Eileen was the Broker Liaison and Marketing Manager for Cabi Developers. Eileen is also an active real estate investor and heavily involved in many local charities. Eileen graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Central Florida receiving her BA in Advertising and Public Relations with a Marketing minor. She currently resides in South Florida with her husband and three beautiful children.
