Eileen Doody

As Senior Vice President of Healthcare Services, Eileen Doody is exclusively responsible for leasing over 21 medical buildings in the Orange County area, plus she oversees the St. Joseph Hospital of Orange portfolio consisting of over 350,000 square feet of medical space. She has worked with developers on build-to-suite portfolios of medical space as well as representing the Irvine Company on their medical portfolio. Mrs. Doody brings over 20 years of experience in medical and commercial real estate brokerage and property management. In her 15 years with Madison Marquette, Mrs. Doody has consistently exceeded her goals and contributed to the growth of the Brokerage division and Healthcare Services division by her numerous contacts and successes in the industry. In 2015, Eileen has successfully closed over 70,000 square feet of real estate transactions. Medical real estate is a unique marketplace that only a small group of individuals truly understand. The service that Mrs. Doody provides to hospitals, physicians, dentists, and owners of medical office buildings is unparalleled in the industry. She is the resource that hospitals, physicians and medical office owners trust. Mrs. Doody currently serves on several fundraising event committees and sits on the Board of Directors for the St. Joseph Hospital Foundation.
