Effie Bader

Effie Bader is an Owner/Associate Broker at Laramie Land Company, working all aspects of real estate including residential, commercial and investment. Prior to moving back to be near family and start her current partnership, she worked in commercial real estate in the Denver CBRE office, an international commercial real estate firm. While there for over 10 years, she worked with one of the top industrial teams assisting in sales, leasing and investments sales. She is a proud graduate of the University of Wyoming with a degree in Business Administration and attended Laramie High School. She has been a member and served as President of the Laramie Board of Realtors and Zonta Club of Laramie, past board member of the Wyoming Association of Realtors, member of the City of Laramie Retail Group and in 2019 became a Board Member for the Laramie Chamber Business Alliance after having volunteered on the Business Properties Committee. Whether it be working with a first-time home buyer, providing listing services or working with a corporation, Effie enjoys working with everyone in accomplishing their real estate transaction. Her love of Laramie brought her back to where she grew up and since then life has flourished as she has since married, built a home, and is the proud mother of two boys and two girls of the furry kind, known as the redheads (Golden Retrievers). Effie's duties also include daily correspondence and service delivery with tenants and landlords. She not only markets properties but also assists the team in the brokerage of industrial properties in order to increase their level of service and production to clients. Effie is currently involved in projects with: Centerpark, Peoria Business Center, Interpark70 and Denver Distribution Center.
