Edward is the founding fiduciary of Triple Net Absolute, LLC, a commercial real estate consultation, advisory, management and brokerage firm covering the southeastern region of the US, headquartered in Nashville, TN. TNA helps with client acquisitions, dispositions and like-kind tax deferred exchanges (IRC §1031) of net leased properties with a focus on national tenants with investment grade credit in the essential business asset class and, aged higher capitalization value-add assets.
