Ed qualified as a chartered surveyor in 2000 and has over 20 years’ experience in the logistics and industrial property sector. In that time, Ed has become highly regarded in the market and was the Head of Logistics and Industrial Occupational Agency at Deloitte before successfully jointly running Cogent Real Estate a niche industrial agency and subsequently forming TL Real Estate which he jointly owns with Paul. Ed has acted for occupiers, developers, funders and landlords, advising on a wide range of agency related matters, with a specific focus on disposal led work.
