Edward Svec began a career in real estate after facing dissatisfaction with his own home buying experience. With years of experience in sales, he believed he could provide a better experience for buyers and sellers. In 2014, Edward started working with a builder, selling new construction homes while also assisting buyers and sellers. During his time working one on one with the builder, Edward gained invaluable experience and insights into the intricacies of the real estate industry. In 2018, Edward passed his broker's exam and founded NextHome All Island, his own brokerage based in Garden City, New York. Since starting the brokerage, Edward has been building a team of complementary individuals who provide clients with an exceptional real estate experience. The team has successfully assisted clients with residential homes, condos, co-ops, and commercial properties. Edward is a lifelong learner and has made it a priority to continuously improve his knowledge of real estate. Over the years, he has earned seven professional designations or certifications. To help other agents and brokers, Edward has become an approved instructor by the National Association of Realtors to teach the Accredited Buyer Representative Course. Beyond his real estate work, Edward helps to raise funds for the Long Island Alzheimer's and Dementia Center by organizing events and sponsoring other events throughout the year. Additionally, he sponsors the Long Island Breakfast Club, a group that supports small businesses and individuals seeking employment. When not working or spending time with his family, Edward enjoys playing ice hockey or golf, dining at locally owned restaurants, or unwinding by cooking a meal after a long day.
